Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Missing or Lost Packages

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, Cerberus Apothecary is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. However, if your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@cerberusapothecary.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
